UBA fails client

A customer of United Bank of Africa UBA lamented over a failed operating system on his debit card as it made a successful transaction without requesting for password.

The customer whose name witheld disclosed to empiregist that this happened when he wanted to withdraw money at Makoya Apapa Lagos on a Polaris bank point of sales terminal.

He further expressed dissatisfaction at this as his account seems not to be safe with the bank noting that this outburst is hereby made to inform UBA for instant solution and also to safe customers from being duped by fraudster. As at press time effort to reach UBA for clarification on causes of this was to no avail.
