Rishi Sunak emerges UK Prime Minister

Following the resignation of Lizz Russ, Rishi Sunak has emerged as the new United Kingdom ( UK )Prime Minister.

According to the statement made by Sir Graham Brady, Rishi Sunak became the new Leader of the United Kingdom’s Conservative Party.

Graham who made the announcement further said that only one nomination was received by the 1922 Committee for the new leader of the party and backed by 100 MPs.

Brady afterwards declared Sunak as the next party leader and the new Prime Minister.
