Nigerian gospel artiste based in Akure the capital city of Ondo State Lizzy Folorunso has advised the angry Nigerian youths over Lekki massacre to be prayerful as prayer is the key to victory.

Lizzy who disclosed this on an online monthly talkshow titled “talk2delicole” proudly sponsored by empiregist and anchored by Oladele Akinsuyi also known as Delicole further assured Nigerians that God is in control of happenings in our country.

“Everybody with different genre of music and the only constant thing in life is change,the same way olden days gospel songs inspire me the same way modern ones inspire me, so pick the one you like, listen and don’t criticize” Lizzy told Nigerian christians that do condemn the new sounds of the gospel songs.

The “Your grace” crooner appealed to all Nigerian leaders to start doing right things as she was shocked and disappointed at the upheld covid-19 palliatives meant to be distributed to citizens which was recently taken away from warehouses by angry protesters in Nigeria. She also noted that the church, mosque and philanthropists are doing their best in giving social needs to people but yet the best is not enough.

While speaking on the talkshow she highlighted that getting songs played on broadcast stations is one of the challenges uprising artistes face. And she further advised the uprising artistes to build relationship with the broadcast stations instead of playing on smart on them.

Meanwhile, Lizzy disclosed that her live concert tagged “Addicted” was postponed from August this year to December 06, 2020 due to corona virus lockdown. She also assured her fans and christians at large about her commitment to consistency as her team has special glorious plans for each year on more songs and live concert.
