The Nigerian Singer and Producer, Douglas Jack Agu, popularly known as ‘Runtown’ says he will be leading a peaceful protest captioned #ENDSARS on October 8.
Runtown made this known on his twitter handle.
This has gone long enough and now we MUST take action! I'll be leading a protest to #ENDSARS on Thursday, October 8th 2020.
They MUST listen to us, they MUST make/effect REAL and VISIBLE changes! Empty promises won't work this time!!!

He appealed to people to come out peacefully and reach out to the elected leaders beyond social media. Adding that empty promises won’t work this time.
Meanwhile, the Inspector- General of police, Mohammed Adamu, earlier today has banned the personnel of the Federal Special Anti- Robbery Squad ( FSARS) from routine patrols.
