#EndSARS : Runtown to lead ENDSARS protest

The Nigerian Singer and Producer, Douglas Jack Agu, popularly known as ‘Runtown’ says he will be leading a peaceful protest captioned #ENDSARS on October 8.

Runtown made this known on his twitter handle.

He appealed to people to come out peacefully and reach out to the elected leaders beyond social media. Adding that empty promises won’t work this time.

Meanwhile, the Inspector- General of police, Mohammed Adamu, earlier today has banned the personnel of the Federal Special Anti- Robbery Squad ( FSARS) from routine patrols.

This was contained in a statement issued by the Force Public Relations Officer, Frank Mba.
