Folarin Falana popularly known as Falz alongside with Douglas Jack Agu popularly known as Runtown and some other Nigerian celebrities has today led a peaceful protest in the streets of Lagos clamouring for the abolition of the Special Anti-robbery Squad (SARS).
The award winning Nigerian rapper who went live on his Instagram page showing situation reports of the on-going protes antagonized the reformation policy of the squad saying “we do not want SARS anymore, they came with all sort of stories about reforms, about what they are allowy to do and what they are not allowed to do but it’s time to abolish it”.
In a viral video, a Nigerian Police man with a tag name “Obioma O. Obi” threatened to shoot protesters in Imo state which is against the Inspector General’s word. It was also reported in a viral video that the Nigerian police has teargassed protesters in Owerri.
Obioma O. Obi assaulted and wanted to shoot protesters in Imo state as against what IGP mandated.

Meanwhile, amidst actions and inactions of the protest, Adekunle Temitope well known as Small doctor has declared intention to lead a peaceful protest tomorrow 9th of October 2020 in Agege Lagos.

Recalled that the Inspector General of police has banned the squad from doing duties such as; stop and search, road patrole and check point duties so as to reform the squad to respecting Nigerians human rights, although the security agency stated that taking guns from the squad will not be part of the new reform policy.
