Nigerian comedian and media personality Olamide Akinmolayan popularly known as Arkbishop has charged Ondo State government to invest in entertainment sector of the state.
Arkbishop who disclosed this on an online monthly talkshow titled “talk2delicole” proudly powered by empiregist expressed dissatisfaction at the government’s action of bringing artistes from Lagos to turn up events in the state while the talented indigines are being ignored.
“This is not a political campaign, I wish the government of the day can emulate former governor Dr Olusegun Mimiko by helping entertainers”.
He further stressed that winning the one million Naira talent show of the former governor paved way to his stardom.

The comedian who also said he learns so much from his unpublished works not caring about the money spent on the project advised the upcomings not to go for the money first but build the name and the brand with good content. In his word “don’t give up as d tin dey tire person” “it might not bring money initially but definitely you have to build that brand”.
Meanwhile, Arkbishop the former street ambassador to Orijin drinks and host for the 5th OSMAS award and Mr and Miss Ondo State urged people to join the two events as it is a sign that the Ondo State entertainment industry is growing. He also noted that the content of the two events is of a good standard in the society.
