Appeal Court dismisses case leveled against Aketi

The Appeal Court in Akure, the capital city of Ondo State has dismissed the case leveled against the Sitting Governor of Ondo State, Governor Rotimi Akeredolu SAN, by Eyitayo Jegede SAN.

The jurisdiction which was held in a mobile court via zoom that the case presented by Eyitayo Jegede, the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party lacks merit.

Recalled that with 29,2830 votes, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu party All Progressives Party defeated Eyitayo Jegede of Peoples Democratic Party wey get 195,791 votes in the October 10 Ondo gubernatorial election.
