Job Description:

The Product Strategy & Operations team supports Paystack’s CEO and product leadership to develop product strategy, deliver analysis to drive the business forward, and incubate new products.

The team may dig into winning new market segments with our sales team, help plan, build and launch new products with a team of engineers and designers, or independently define new strategic opportunities for Paystack to pursue on its product roadmap.

This is a broad and dynamic role that leads mission critical, cross-functional efforts across Paystack to bring together the right experts from all parts of the business (e.g. legal, partnerships, finance) to develop a holistic perspective on product strategy and to manage execution.

Whatever it is we work on will move the needle most for Paystack and our users. We care about impact – not activity – and we have fun doing it. If you like to solve hard problems, are analytical, and are a great teammate, we want to hear from you!
